Arts and Crafts, Vendors and Exhibitors

artisan working on a copper mask The Festival Grounds will be transformed into an African Kraal (village) and Marketplace. Amid the scents of African oils and musk, we will be spellbound by the stories of the Griots, inspired by the reading of poets, and celebrate in song and dance with the "drums" ancient and modern. Crafters and artists will offer us a treasure of their skills and talents, and we will enjoy the tastes and textures of many foods.

Our Festival continues to change and grow and the planning committee is excited about the opportunity this new, prime location offers the Festival. This added dimension of visibility and foot traffic will make this event a very positive one for our vendors. Our goal remains to offer the expected thousands of attendees a unique, cultural, educational and entertaining experience for people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds – which in turn, will provide a positive experience for our Artisan Vendors.
