The grounds of Fair Grounds will be transformed into an African Kraal (village) and Marketplace.  Crafters and artists will offer us a treasure of their skills and talents, and we will enjoy the tastes of textures of many foods.

Exhibitors will be selected based on Community and Family outreach and education, cultural authenticity, relevancy and historical value.

The Festival Committee reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding acceptance and placement. This committee also reserves the right to remove any exhibitor who does not adhere to the rules and regulations as set forth in these guidelines.

We'd love to hear from you. If you're interested in participating as an exhibitor in,
this year's festival, then please download and print the appropriate form below to apply.

Exhibitor Application in .pdf format that you can print and mail. If you need a copy of this form mailed to you, please contact the office directly.

1. All application forms must be completed and returned to the Kunta Kinte Heritage Festival Office by June 30, 2008.
2. Applications received after July 3, 2008 will be placed on a waiting list.

Acceptance

1. Notification of acceptance will be made by July 13, 2008.
   
2. Further information concerning set-up, arrival time, etc. will be mailed with notification of acceptance.
